Billing and credits
Pure pay-as-you-go, what every action costs, when you are charged, and where to manage it.
Billing is pure pay-as-you-go. There is no subscription and no monthly base fee, you buy credits and spend them as you use the platform. You pay per minute of audio on calls, plus a small amount for the AI features you use while building. Billing lives at the workspace level, under Plan and usage in workspace settings.
What costs credits

Top-ups
You top up your balance when you want more credits. Auto top-up keeps you from running dry: set a threshold and a top-up amount, and when your balance falls below the threshold your saved card is charged automatically. Configure it under Plan and usage.

Everything billing, balance, transaction history, auto top-up, and the full charge breakdown, lives under Plan and usage in workspace settings. The transaction history lets you audit exactly what each call or action cost.
Workspace and members
The workspace is your tenancy. It owns the members, the billing, the phone numbers, the API keys, and the agents.
